At Suits, we are committed to ensuring your tailoring fits perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unaltered, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective covers and hangers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Garments

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master tailors inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
